Questions to ask before you hire a web designer, a SEO company or a search engine optimizer and/or a graphic designer

A: Once the project's details approved, a 50% of the total cost should be paid after we send you the first invoice. The remaining 50% should be paid before delivering the file (s). We do not offer any refund for any service we have done. We undestand that when you make a payment is when you are happy with the work and service.

A: We prefer not to send any item via mail, but if you have to, make sure to insure all valuable items. It is always a good idea to duplicate your copies when it is possible.

A: Because each project has its own specifications, we cannot give you a time estimate before we know the details of the project. But it is always delivered on time! Examples:

Basic website, 2-3 days

Medium Sized website, 10-20 days

Advanced website, 30-90 days or more

Flash banner, 3-5 days

Flash for training purpose, depending on the subject, 10-30 days

Business card design, 2 days

A: Our rates listed on "Rates" page are only as a guideline. Each unique web site design, search engine optimization or any other media project should be quoted individually. We are sometime flexible with our rates depending on the number of the projects you are willing to get.

A: Yes, we do offer 30 days period for any minor changes on web design (text, images, buttons links). And 7 days for any changes on flash, video, slide shows and pre-press work. We also offer 60 days on large projects with advanced options such as back office or back ends, forums, blogs, photo blogs and online stores.

A: Yes, we follow you step by step until you are able to manage the system we built for you by yourself.

A: Yes, you own the domain name that we register for you.

A: There is possibly a few reasons for not showing your website on top of other pages as usual, 1- sometime search engines change their own algorithm, 2- other website which comes on top of yours, has its search engine optimization done the same way as yours, but, a- have an extra blog or a forum, b- other or more sites are connected to it as outbound links, c- they have less images on the site, d- they have more pages and inbound links than yours, etc...

Whatever the reason is, we can modify your website as needed to take it up again for minimal charges if the first SEO work was done by us.

A: The source files we work on are yours when you make the full payment.

A: As for 2012, we have 4 young male and female to choose from. They can wear what you need them to whear and read the script that we or you write, based on your website subject. If you wish to have your own character, please contact us for approval.

A: For digital images or scanned images, you can either send them by email as attachments, or an ftp account will be set for you to upload a large amount of images. Please note that scanned images has to be set to at least 300 dpi.
